"Symmetry Private Prison Company"              The name is coined from the fact that all of private prisons they have opened have a symmetrical shape in the name such as The Cube,The Heptagon and The Hexagon just to name a few. The prisons are generally based around the shape but not encompassing. The Symmetry Company prides themselves on a 0% escape policy which is enforced by its 24 hour monitored security by both staff and a fully automated system of cameras and LED spotlights. The Symmetry Company declined to give any other of there custom security systems.

     "Symmetry Private Prison Company" Reinvented the private prison with concepts and techniques of keeping prisoners where they belong. Beyond having massive prison sites and excellent security measures each prison site must be purchased with an additional 1000+ acres surrounding the prison to ensure a quick capture in the chance of an escape. In 1978 Symmetry Private Prison Company purchased there first property that had an existing functional chemical recycle plant which started off as a staple for the company and essentially their flagship prison, The Hexagon. Each prison has job positions that are to say the least, dangerous. The Symmetry Company team had this to say:

"We believe that prisoners should have jobs that still help the community and that is why all of our prisons will have facilities that provide jobs that we consider too dangerous for the law abiding citizens."

     In 1981 the Symmetry Company opened its flagship prison The Hexagon and opened its doors to the first inmate September 9th. The Hexagon, or The Hex, a nickname given by its residence, is a Max/Super Max prison with the last functioning electric chair and is only still able to be used by private prison companies. The Hexagon can house up to 240 general population inmates with a fraction of the inmates working at the chemical recycle plant and it can also hold another 16 in death row and segregation.The residence range from the some of the worst in the country and the prison is known for its riots, economy and violence.
